Where have all the pre-teen role models gone?

This subject has come up recently between my sisters-in-law and myself, and it is one I believe most parents struggle with. The problem: children come to an age where they no longer want to watch cartoon kid shows, this happens somewhere between 8-12 years old. They want to watch the iCarly's and Hannah Montana's and Wizards of Waverly Place shows.

We were featured!

Well - let's be honest - we paid to be featured... but that is how things start in the beginning!

I have a secret about said feature - I did not write the post (SHHHH... DON'T TELL ANYONE) I wrote the concept and gave it to my sister in law who is fabulous at writing. She helped snazz up the jargon, let's be real - if my writing had a tone... it would be mono! However, the message is a true Stepping Stones Entertainment message!

Take a look at our post HERE

I am very proud of the post! I hope you enjoy the concept of who we are as a company... as well as my sister in laws writing :)!

Should we do another giveaway?

Appreciate help!

So the purpose of this blog is to get feedback. I want to make a company that people want and I believe http://www.steppingstones.com/ is a solid company and we sell great products. However, we are struggling getting people to buy into us. By that I mean we are struggling getting sales, unfortunately without sales the company will not survive.

The first question of mine that I need help with is...When you go to our website - what do you see us selling?

I will give you a couple of answers - movies, a cause, worryfree entertainment for children, etc. To expand on this - We believe we sell 'X' but if no one else sees what we are selling then the messaging may be completely off. This can create a huge disconnect between us and you.

I encourage honesty and I will not take anything negatively because I know that this will ultimately help us create something that everyone wants.

I appreciate all of your help!
